Deadline for Display Ads:
No Later than 5 pm the Friday prior to publication
Inserts: 5 cents per home. Must be folded and in bundles of 100's and delivered to our office by Monday at noon.
** Display Ads Only: Scans: $5 per scan. Reserve front page: additional 30% charge (half or full page only). Every other week: additional 10% charge. Reverse Ads of 50% + additional 30% charge.
Above prices allow for one copy change per four week run. More than one copy change will result in loss of the contract discount. Cancellation of any contract run (4-weeks or longer) will revert to one-week rate. Cancellation/Changes: on continuous or contract (4 weeks & longer) ads must be received by Thursday, 12 noon, one week prior to publication. No refunds on cancellations. Credit applied on display ads only. A typesetting charge may be applicable in some cases.
NOTE: Florida state requires all contractors be registered or certified. Occupational Licenses are required by the county and should be verified by calling 407-836-5650 (Orange) or 407-665-7639 (Seminole).
Position is not guaranteed but will be considered on a first come first serve basis. All copy is subject to approval by the publisher and all original artwork is the property of the Treasure Chest Longwood/Lake Mary Inc. Treasure Chest Longwood/Lake Mary, Inc. will not be responsible for claims resulting from typographical errors beyond the cost of space involved, and for only one correct insertion. No allowance is made for errors that do not materially effect the value of the ad.
